Godinez (7/5/73) was at his residence with a 20-year-old friend. For unknown reasons, Godinez swung a box
cutter at the man, who moved quickly enough to avoid being cut. Godinez cut the chair where the victim
sat. Officers were able to arrest Godizez
without incident. The victim has no idea
why Godinez tried to stab him. Godinez
was booked into jail on a charge of aggravated assault.
