1407 Stolen Vehicle 500 N. Colorado St. 12-31542
A
Dodge Dakota pickup was stolen from the West High School parking lot. The vehicle was equipped with a GPS tracker
and was quickly located by the owner.
Responding officers were able to stop the vehicle and arrest the
occupants without incident. Two
17-year-old males were booked into juvenile detention on charges of possessing
a stolen vehicle.

2244 Public Intoxication/Escape 210 S. Rio Grande 12-31890

Eley (10/9/86) was intoxicated and trying to physically fight with people in
the area of the The Road Home. Eley was
taken into custody by officers on charges of disturbing the peace and public
intoxication. As Eley was being
transported to the jail he took off his seatbelt, repeatedly banged his head on
the patrol car cage and kicked the window of the patrol car. Officers pulled over at 700 W. 400 S. to
further restrain Eley. As they attempted
to restrain his legs, Eley broke free of the officers and ran a short distance
away. As Eley was being apprehended, he
spit a mixture of blood and saliva on the face of one of the officers. Eley was booked into jail on several charges
including: assault on a police officer, resisting arrest, escape, disturbing
the peace and public intoxication.
