An officer was following up a case where the suspect fled from him last week. He notified West Valley Police and they met him at the above address. When they made contact at the residence, Miguel Franco (12-24-86) fought with the officers. A Taser was deployed and Miguel was taken into custody. He was taken to jail for: 2 counts of Assault on a police officer, warrants, and the fleeing charge from last week.
