When the officers made contact with the males inside, a 17-year-old male tossed a loaded handgun magazine on the floor. A handgun was also next to him on a table. As officers were dealing with the 17-year-old, Christian Ramos (5/16/92) ran from the party. Ramos made it a block or so away before hiding in an unlocked vehicle.
