Suspect Sought In Bank of Utah Robbery

April 11, 2012 —The Salt Lake City Police Department seeks the community’s help to identify and locate a man who robbed a bank in Salt Lake City.



At approximately 9:45 a.m. Wednesday, April 11, a white male suspect entered the Bank of Utah at 711 S. State Street. He approached the teller and demanded money. After he obtained some cash, the suspect exited the bank and left northbound on foot.

The suspect is described as:

• white male adult;

• 20–30 years of age;

• thin build;

• scruffy facial hair;

• wearing a red long-sleeved T-shirt, skinny blue jeans, black-and-white tennis shoes, black baseball cap and chrome-rimmed sunglasses;

• and carrying a blue backpack.
