A plain clothes detective was working part time at the Super Saver and came in contact with Miguel Maldonado (07-06-86) who kept spitting on the floor of the store. Maldonado had previously been trespassed from the store for aggressive panhandling. As Maldonado was being escorted out of the store he started to resist and fight with the detective. Other officers were called to the scene and Maldonado was taken safely into custody. Maldonado was transported to jail and booked for resisting arrest, trespassing, and expectorating in public
