The Salt Lake City Police Department has arrested Gabriela G. Flores (02/21/75) on charges of obstruction of justice.Homicide Investigators say Flores aided in concealing evidence and suspects in the homicide of Stephanie Williams, whose dead body was found April 5, 2010.
