Pham (12/31/89) and a 24-year-old male got into a verbal argument inside of the
7-Eleven. The argument continued into the parking lot where Pham produced a
handgun and shot the victim. Officers were across the street on an unrelated
call, heard the gunfire and saw Pham leave the area in a van at a high rate of
speed. Pham abandoned the van at 400 N.
Chaz Court and stole a Ford Bronco from the same area. Officers located the stolen Bronco a short
distance from the theft and used a K9 to track Pham to a nearby residence. Pham was taken into custody without incident
and booked into jail on charges of aggravated assault, theft of the vehicle,
and obstruction of justice.
