An officer was approached by a witness who had seen a media release regarding a robbery at the Chevron at 504 S. West Temple St. The witness had recognized the suspect in the photos as one of the residents of Palmer Court. With this information the officer located and apprehended the suspect. David Orlando Pena (4-20-59) was booked for Aggravated Robbery.
