Watch Log: Sunday, March 4, 2012

AFTERNOON SHIFT

1903     Burglary                        1287 E. 1700 S.                                     12-36907

Two homeowners returned to their residence and found a suspect inside.  As they entered through the back door of the house, the suspect shouted that he was armed with a gun and directed them not to enter.  The suspect then fled by the front door. The suspect is described as white or a light-skinned Hispanic male adult, approximately 5’6” tall, and in is late 30s or early 40s.  He had dark hair, a moustache and wore a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt

Ester Hill-Uncles (10/9/48) was caught in the front yard by the homeowners of a residence that she just burglarized. Hill-Uncles was carrying property that the homeowners recognized as belonging to them.  The homeowners detained Hill-Uncles and called police.  As officers arrived, a second suspect fled out of the rear of the house. Officers contained the area and deployed a police K-9 for a search.  During the search David Matthew Cooke (05/09/61) approached officers and inquired as to what was occurring. Cooke’s vehicle was parked in front of the victim’s residence.  Cooke was interviewed and determined to be Hill-Uncle’s accomplice in the burglary.   Hill-Uncles and Cooke were booked into jail on charges of residential burglary.

Kevin Sisneros (10/3/84) got into an argument with a 25-year-old man at The Trails private club.  Both men were escorted outside of the establishment by security.  Once outside the altercation resumed and Sisneros fired a handgun multiple times at the victim, striking him once in the wrist.  Sisneros fled in a vehicle, which was located by responding officers.  Sisneros was taken into custody without incident.  The victim was transported to a local hospital in serious condition.  Sisneros was booked into jail on a charge of aggravated assault
